About the event
This is Florida Old Time music Championships, Inc.'s annual event. FOTMC 2024 will have 21 Old-Time Music & Dance contests: Harmonica, Dobro, Ukulele, Autoharp,Finger Pick Guitar, Men's Individual Singing, Women's Individual Singing, Jr. Fiddle, Beginner Old Time Fiddle, Beginner Old Time Banjo, Old Time Fiddle, Old Time Banjo, Old Time Rhythm Instruments, Madolin, Percussive Dance Individual, Flat Pick Guitar, Old Time Singing Saw, Mountain Dulcimer, Hammered Dulcimer, and Old Time String Band. There are going to be 19 Old Time Music and Dance workshops and Two Old Time Called Dances (contra dances). There will be performances by our guest artists, Ann Whitley Singleton, Doug Singleton and John Day. FOTMC 2024 is going to be the gathering of Florida's and nearby states' finest old-time musicians and dancers.
